When we first imagined The Emerald Cottage, we kept coming back to a feeling more than a floor plan: the sense of a home that belongs to you for the day. That feeling disappears the moment a place tries to squeeze in two or three weddings before dinner.
So we made a simple promise. One wedding a day, from the first cup of coffee in the getting-ready suite to the last sparkler by the lake. No overlap, no rushing another couple out the door, no clock ticking against your first look.
It means fewer weddings on our calendar, and that is exactly the point. The couples who choose the cottage are trading a big, busy production for something slower and more theirs.
