A micro wedding timeline that actually breathes

Candlelit farm tables set for a cottage dinner

The biggest surprise for most of our couples is how much room a micro wedding leaves in the day. With fewer people to move through each moment, the timeline stops feeling like a checklist and starts feeling like a really good Saturday.

We usually suggest a late-morning start in the cottage suite, a first look on the gravel path, and a ceremony timed for the softest light on the lake. Dinner runs long on purpose. Dancing happens when it happens.

The goal is never to fill every minute. It is to leave enough space that you actually remember the day instead of watching it blur past.
